To raise any claim regarding damage, defects, shortages, wrong products, or missing items:

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A continuous 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • Shipping label
  • Complete opening process
  • Product condition immediately after opening

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags, labels, and accessories intact

Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after inspection and approval by our quality team.
